Looking for a candidate who can perform as a Service engineer, candidate should be from field service experience and should have basic knowledge of / Equipments. Candidate with the knowledge of plastics processing industry shall be given preference.

Primary Responsibilities:-

- Communicating with clients, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
- Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.




- Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
- Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
- Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on protected and effective equipment use.
- Installation & Commissioning on site.
- To visit for daily/routine health checkups to different new and existing clients.
