· Manage service business for Zonal / Regional office

· Responsible for Annaual Maintence contract like renewal & AMC In Use business .

· Facilate Sales Team in Recent AMC pricing

· Improve AMC penetration in Zone / Regional office

· Process AMC activation MOU generation , Service contracts , Sales Bundling / Renewal / Insue & signing of ENACH towards AMC activation

· Responsible for iAlert Subscription renewal promotion & increase multiple years package .

· Resonsible for Recon Engine Secondary Sale

· Mointor & Facilate dealer for Core Engine Return to Plant within timeline.

· Validate / process Incentive for dealer / ASC for Secondary sale of Recon & ialert renewal

· Addressing their service requirements to ensure customer retention for Elite & KAM customer in Zone / Region .

· Moniter AMC claim / Conduct AMC audit regularly to control expenses , ensure service process maintaining high service standards .

· Zonal / Regional AMC contract in healthy .

· Resposiable for Receivables from Customer / Dealer towards service business ( ECS ,



TDS & payables )

· Reconicle amc contracts on regaular basis with respective of tenure & finacials .

· Plan for Service products Promtional activity across Zone / Regional office

· Coorindate with Regional Manager , Area Managers / RSM / ASM towards sessional

People Excellence:

· mentor Channel partner of service professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve performance targets and objectives.

· Provide Training Sale team on service products on regualr intervels

· Train dealer for AMC Claim process

· Address technical issues guide channel partner & AL Team , resolve customer complaints towards telematics.

· Promote Service products increase awareness to customer

Market Intelligence:

· customer feedback to enhance service products to improve CSI

· Share information on competitive products and initiatives.
