Position: Service Advisor – Electric Vehicles (EV) / Passenger Vehicles (PV)

Job Summary

SGA Group is looking for a customer-oriented and technically knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our service team at Sowripalayam, Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer service requests, coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs, providing service updates, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction for EV and PV vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Prepare job cards and record customer complaints accurately.
- Explain service requirements, estimated costs, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with service technicians and workshop teams to ensure timely vehicle servicing.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status and repair progress.
- Explain service recommendations, warranty coverage, and maintenance schedules.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Promote periodic maintenance, value-added services, and customer retention.
- Maintain accurate service records and follow company procedures.
- For EV vehicles, coordinate with trained EV technicians for diagnosis, battery-related concerns, and electrical system repairs,



following all applicable safety procedures.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in automobile service operations preferred. Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair processes.
- Knowledge of EV technology will be an added advantage for EV service operations.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with service documentation.
- Customer-focused attitude with good coordination and problem-solving skills.
