About the role

Hop Up India is looking for an energetic Waiter / Bartender to join our team in Zirakpur. You will serve food and drinks, prepare beverages, and help give every guest a fun and smooth visit to our gaming arena.

Key responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly, seat them, and take food and beverage orders
- Serve food, mocktails, and beverages accurately and on time
- Prepare and serve drinks, mocktails, and other beverages as per standard recipes
- Keep the bar, serving area, and tables clean, stocked, and organised
- Tell guests about the menu, combos, and offers
- Handle guest queries and complaints politely and professionally
- Process bills and payments accurately
- Work with the kitchen and operations team to keep service smooth
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards

Requirements




- Experience as a waiter, bartender, or barista is preferred. Freshers with a good attitude are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English and Punjabi are a plus)
- Neat appearance and a friendly, positive attitude
- Able to stand for long hours and work in a quick-paced setting
- Comfortable working rotational shifts as per the roster, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of basic bartending and mocktail preparation is an advantage
