Key Responsibilities

- Attend breakdown service calls and troubleshoot packaging machines.

- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of packaging machinery.

- Identify mechanical and electrical faults and provide effective solutions.

- Conduct preventive maintenance and machine performance checks.

- Travel to customer locations for in office service requirements.

- Maintain service reports and communicate technical issues to the team.

- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and provide technical support.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel for outdoor service assignments.
