We operate at large scale across millions of URLs, complex taxonomies, frequent product releases, structured content templates, and agile data-driven pages. This role will define and scale our organic growth engine across the ecosystem.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced SEO expert to help scale organic growth for a large e-commerce / marketplace platform. If you enjoy solving crawlability & indexation challenges, driving on-page relevance across categories & PDPs, and partnering with Product & Engineering to ship SEO at scale, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own & scale end to end SEO for CarDekho Group properties to drive rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Handle SEO growth strategy across multiple hubs of websites, like category pages, model pages, EV hubs, used cars, news, reviews, and more.
- Partner with product and engineering for site architecture improvements, internal linking optimisation, index management, crawl rate optimisation, and performance health.
- Build interlinking frameworks for model pages,



discontinued vehicles, news articles, and UGC assets.
- Guide content teams on SEO-first content creation for reviews, news, long-form explainers, comparisons, and evergreen content.
- Assist in PRDs for SEO opportunities, partner with PMs to prioritize features, and track delivery.
- Own SEO dashboards, GSC monitoring, GA4 tracking, user behavior insights, CTR & position tracking and lead RCA for traffic fluctuations, algorithm updates & indexing anomalies.

Must have Skills:

- 5 to 8 years experience managing SEO at scale for content-heavy or marketplace brands.
- Robust technical SEO depth: indexation, crawl optimisation, schema, sitemaps, log analysis, JavaScript SEO.
- Experience in managing large content libraries (news + reviews), data-led pages, and structured page templates.
- Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration across product and engineering.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with GSC, GA4, BigQuery, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio etc.
- Ability to write clear PRDs and drive roadmap adoption.
- Excellent communication, prioritisation and stakeholder leadership.

Good to Have:

- Experience in automotive, classifieds, e-commerce or publishing industries.
- Hands-on experience improving Core Web Vitals.
- Knowledge of EV content dynamics and emerging search patterns.
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and SEO experimentation.
