Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven SEO Manager to lead SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategy for our clients as well as for Eiosys's own digital presence. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing multiple SEO projects end-to-end, strong command over industry-standard tools, and the confidence to engage directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute and manage end-to-end SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) across multiple client projects simultaneously
- Build and run AEO and GEO strategies to improve visibility across AI search and answer engines
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and SERP audits using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs and Ubersuggest
- Monitor and report on performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Bing Webmaster Tools and similar platforms
- Implement on-page SEO best practices and schema markup, and ensure content aligns with E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) guidelines
- Drive link building, social bookmarking, guest posting and other off-page SEO initiatives
- Communicate regularly with clients to share progress updates, reports and strategy recommendations, both remotely and in person
- Travel for client meetings as required to present project updates and strategy
- Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gamma to create presentations, reports and other artifacts, and build AI-agent based automations to streamline SEO workflows and reporting




- Coordinate with the sales team to prepare pitch decks and proposals for current client onboarding
- Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, AI search trends and industry best practices

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of full-time, hands-on SEO work experience
- Proven experience having worked on at least 12 SEO projects
- Working knowledge of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- Hands-on experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest and similar SEO tools
- Thorough working knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Bing Webmaster Tools
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, schema markup and E-E-A-T principles
- Experience in link building, social bookmarking and other off-page SEO tactics
- Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gamma, etc.) for content creation, presentations and workflow automation
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi; confident in client-facing conversations
- Willingness to travel for in-person client meetings
- Must own a personal laptop/device to work on

Minimum Qualification:

- BE / B.Tech

Work Details:

- Work Location: Eiosys Kalyan office (work from office only)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays off)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Salary: Rs. 35,000 - Rs. 40,000 per month
- Probation Period: 6 months, after which the role is confirmed as full-time
- Joining Date: 15th November or 1st December

- Round 2: In-person interview at the Kalyan office (mandatory)
