Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven SEO & Content Strategist to take end-to-end ownership of our organic growth. In this independent role, you will strengthen our search presence on Google, build brand authority across AI-driven platforms (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini), and ensure sustained, measurable traffic growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Formulate and execute a data-driven SEO and content strategy aligned with business and lead-generation goals
- Lead keyword research, search intent mapping, and topical authority development
- Create and optimize high-impact, E-E-A-T-compliant content that ranks and converts
- Drive AEO and GEO initiatives: featured snippets, schema implementation,



and AI citation visibility
- Conduct root-cause analysis of traffic fluctuations (algorithm updates, technical issues, content decay) and lead recovery

Candidate Profile

- 4-9 years of progressive experience in SEO and content strategy
- Proven track record of organic growth and traffic recovery
- Strong command of Google algorithm updates and search quality guidelines
- Hands-on expertise in AEO, GEO, and structured data
- Proficiency in GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush
- Working knowledge of HTML and CMS platforms
- Exceptional written communication and analytical skills
- Self-driven, with the ability to manage deliverables independently
