Job Purpose

We are looking for an elite, highly experienced Senior Video Editor & Photoshop/VFX Specialist with 5 to 10 years of professional agency or in-house experience.

In this role, you will be the pillar of our post-production pipeline, owning both high-end photo retouching and high-impact commercial video editing. You must possess expert-level mastery of the entire Adobe Creative Cloud ecosystem—specifically driving commercial product shoots post-production, advanced photo manipulation/retouching in Photoshop, dynamic commercial editing in Premiere Pro, and rich motion graphics/VFX compositing in After Effects.

Key Responsibilities1. Commercial Photo Editing & Product Retouching (Photoshop Expert)

- Commercial Product Retouching: Execute pixel-perfect retouching, color grading, frequency separation, and skin tone balancing for high-end commercial product shoots (e.g., e-commerce catalogs, packaging, social ads,and print campaigns).
- Compositing & Manipulation: Build complex photo composites, remove and replace backgrounds, add realistic drop-shadows/reflections, and match lighting across multi-element product stacks.
- Batch Processing & Quality Control: Manage large volumes of raw photo assets, establishing color consistency, uniform sizing, and brand-aligned visual standards.

1. Commercial Video Editing (Premiere Pro & After Effects)

- Commercial Video Editing: Edit high-conversion promotional videos, commercial product ads, brand films, and social media content (long-form and short-form 9:16 reels)



using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Pacing & Storytelling: Craft engaging narratives through rhythmic cutting, dynamic pacing, sound design integration, color correction/grading, and audio mixing.
- Motion Graphics & 2D/3D VFX: Design and execute dynamic motion graphics, lower thirds, kinetic typography, kinetic product callouts, and clean visual effects (VFX) inside Adobe After Effects.

1. End-to-End Post-Production & Workflow Management

- Multi-Media Synchronization: Seamlessly bridge photo and video assets, ensuring uniform visual branding,color profiles, and style consistency across a campaign's static and dynamic deliverables.
- Pipeline Optimization: Organize raw footage, project files, scratch disks, proxy workflows, and master archive libraries efficiently across cloud and local servers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with creative directors, photographers, and marketing teams to take raw footage and raw photos from rough cut/rough crop to final broadcast-ready and digital-ready exports.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of professional experience in video editing, photo retouching, and motion design within a commercial studio, advertising agency, or high-growth brand.
- Portfolio Requirement:



A robust showreel and a comprehensive digital portfolio demonstrating mastery in both commercial product photo retouching and commercial video editing / VFX.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite:
- Adobe Photoshop: Expert level (masking, frequency separation, clipping paths, advanced object isolation,color correction, and product retouching).
- Adobe Premiere Pro: Expert level (multi-cam editing, advanced timeline management, audio restoration,proxy workflows, and efficient cutting).
- Adobe After Effects: Advanced level (expressions, keyframing, motion tracking, rotoscoping, green screen / chroma keying, particle systems, and VFX compositing).
- Adobe Illustrator / Media Encoder: Comfortable asset preparation, vector handling, and multi-format rendering.
- Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of frame rates, codecs, bitrates, color spaces (sRGB vs. CMYK for print, Rec. 709 for video), and multi-platform export specifications (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, TV, Web).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Film/Television, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical industry experience.

- Keen Eye for Aesthetics: Uncompromising attention to detail regarding typography, color harmony, lighting consistency, and clean composition.
- Time Management: Proven ability to manage tight deadlines, juggle multiple commercial projects simultaneously, and execute fast-turnaround revisions without dropping quality.
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful in troubleshooting corrupted files, complex render errors, or challenging VFX tracking scenarios.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
