Senior UI/UX Designer

Educational Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech. /MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science/Information Technology with a minimum of 60% marks.

Work Experience:

4–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience as on 31.03.2026.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design user-friendly interfaces for digital banking applications, enterprise platforms, and internal systems.
- Conduct UX research and create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interface designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
- Translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
- Collaborate with product teams and developers to ensure seamless implementation.
- Conduct usability testing and improve user experience across web and mobile applications.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe XD.
- Solid UX research, wireframing, and prototyping skills.
- Experience with design systems and responsive design.
- Familiarity with Sketch, InVision, Miro/FigJam, and basic knowledge of Angular or React.
- BFSI experience preferred.
- A portfolio is mandatory.
