Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to support our Canadian and U.S. trucking and logistics operations. The ideal candidate must have practical experience using TransPlus Fleet Manager TMS, along with knowledge of shipment tracking, dispatch coordination, and customer service.
Key Highlight: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with TransPlus Fleet Manager TMS is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor shipments from pickup to final delivery and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate with drivers regarding shipment status, location, and estimated arrival times (ETAs).
- Handle customer queries and provide shipment updates.
- Assist with dispatch operations, load tracking, and pickup and delivery coordination.
- Update and maintain accurate shipment records in TransPlus Fleet Manager TMS.
- Coordinate with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams.
- Assist with freight coordination, carrier sourcing,
and rate inquiries.
- Follow up on Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
- Maintain transportation documentation and operational reports.
- Monitor delays, resolve routine issues, and escalate concerns when required.
- Support fleet operations and other administrative activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with TransPlus Fleet Manager TMS (mandatory).
- Experience in Canadian or U.S. trucking and logistics operations.
- Knowledge of North American trucking terminology and transportation processes.
- Experience in track and trace, shipment monitoring, dispatch, or freight brokerage operations.
Working Hours & Schedule
- 9-hour shift per day, including a 1-hour break.
- 5 working days per week.
- 2 days off according to the assigned roster.
- Rotational shifts aligned with Canadian Eastern Time (ET).
- Availability for weekend and overnight shifts is required.
Please note: The role is on-site in Mohali, Punjab. Candidates must be comfortable working rotational shifts.
