Air Ticketing Staff are responsible for booking flight tickets, managing reservations, assisting passengers, and handling changes or cancellations.

Educational Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary); graduation is preferred by some employers.

- Diploma or certificate in Air Ticketing, Travel and Tourism, or Aviation is an advantage.

- Knowledge of airline reservation systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is preferred.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Customer service and problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge of international flight bookings.

- Understanding of fares, ticket issuance, rebooking, refunds, and cancellations.





- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends.

- Solid Knowledge of Australian, Indian, Canadian & USA markets.

Experience

- Experience in travel agencies, airlines, or ticketing offices is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

- Book and issue airline tickets.

- Check flight schedules, availability, and fares.

- Handle ticket cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

- Assist customers with travel-related queries.

- Maintain booking records and payment details.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
