Designation: Senior Territory Business Head

Salary Range: INR 500000 to 850000 (Annual)

Position description: The main purpose of the role is to follow and implement sales plan while maintaining and developing an existing customer base to achieve sales goals of organization in assigned territory.

Primary Responsibilities:

- To ensure all opportunities are taken to promote products to our customers and to increase the client base in defined territory
- To achieve month on month sales and collection target
- To visit large format stores
- Adhered and strictly follow ‘SOG-Sales Operating Guidelines’ and ‘Pricing Policy’
- Account reconciliation with distributors, dealers and ASP yearly
- To work with existing distributor of Symphony and increase the sales and distribution network
- To search for new channel development
- To ensure secondary sales from distributor to dealers
- Timely enrollment of dealers / ASPs in the branch
- To implement sales and marketing promotional activities
- To travel as per approved PJP
- To prepare MIS for management review
- To conduct continuous market research and gather information on competition




- Adhere to E-sampark application for daily reporting review
- Timely submission of field, tour expense report to Branch Managers
- Help the service co-coordinators in execution of the service policy
