Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior Technical Writer to develop explicit, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for our e-learning products. The ideal candidate will have strong documentation skills and a passion for helping customers understand and use software products effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive documentation for e-learning products, including user manuals, online help, and instructional guides.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all documentation.

- Stay updated with product changes and ensure all documentation remains current.

- Incorporate multimedia elements such as videos and graphics to enhance user understanding.

- Gather stakeholder feedback to continuously improve documentation processes.

- Help reduce customer support contact volume by enabling customers to find answers independently.

- Curate content and develop strategies to provide a unified user experience.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
