Senior Technician – Maintenance

Location: Arjun Baroda, Indore

Reports To: Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

The Senior Technician – Maintenance will be responsible for preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and utility equipment to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.

- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.

- Maintain utilities such as air compressors, chillers, DG sets, ETP, and STP.

- Maintain conveyors, trolleys, forklifts, and stackers.

- Conduct machine inspections and lubrication as per maintenance schedules.





- Support troubleshooting of PLC- and VFD-based equipment.

- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and spare-parts consumption.

- Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.

- Follow 5S, TPM, and all safety procedures during maintenance activities.

- Assist in equipment installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement activities.

Requirements

- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics.

- 3–6 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.

- Experience in Foam, Mattress, FMCG, Automotive, or Process Industry is preferr
