Experience: Minimum 5 Years in International Voice Banking

Team Leader Experience: Minimum 1+ Year as an On-Paper Team Leader Mandatory

CTC:

- Team Leader (TL): 20 to 25% on Hike last CTC & Max Upto 9 LPA
- Senior Team Leader (Senior TL): 20 to 25% Hike on last CTC & Max Upto 10 LPA

Qualification: Any Graduation Mandatory Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Transport: Available

Interview Mode: Virtual

Key Requirements:

- Mandatory experience in International Voice Banking – Credit Cards and Loans.
- Minimum 5 years of total experience, including 1+ year of on-paper Team Leader experience.
- Proven experience handling teams, KPIs, SLAs, performance management, and escalations.
- Hyderabad candidates only; within 25 KM preferred.
