Role Description The Senior System Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems that power Rockit Rangers’ entertainment platforms, including the Splash-Hover. This full time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves overseeing end-to-end system architecture, integrating hardware and software components, and ensuring stability, performance, and safety. Day-to-day activities include configuring and administering systems, monitoring system health, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and refining system design based on operational feedback.

The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting system configurations and procedures, and providing guidance to junior engineers on best practices and standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Systems Engineering and Systems Design skills, with experience in architecting and integrating complex, multi-component systems.
- Hands-on System Administration and Technical Support experience, including configuration management, performance tuning, and incident resolution.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting, with the ability to diagnose and fix hardware, software, and network issues in real time.
- Experience working with safety-critical or real-time control systems (e.g., robotics, embedded systems, automotive, aviation) is highly beneficial.
- Solid understanding of operating systems, networking fundamentals, and cloud or virtualized infrastructure.
- Ability to create clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability to lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and drive system improvements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
