Job Responsibilities

- Conduct land, site, and construction surveys using Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and other surveying instruments.
- Set out building layouts, grid lines, levels, foundations, columns, roads, and other civil structures.
- Verify site measurements, coordinates, elevations, and alignment as per approved drawings.
- Prepare survey reports, level sheets, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and consultants for survey-related activities.
- Check and maintain surveying instruments and ensure measurement accuracy.




- Monitor site progress and ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.

Key Skills

- Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and AutoCAD.
- Construction layout and alignment.
- Leveling, contouring, and topographic surveys.
- Drawing interpretation and measurement verification.
- Survey data recording and reporting.
- Site coordination and team management.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in industrial, commercial, residential, or infrastructure construction projects will be preferred.
