Role Description The Senior Supply Chain Analyst (Demand Planning & Replenishment) - D2C/E-Commerce is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket. This role focuses on forecasting demand, planning replenishment cycles, and optimizing inventory levels across online channels to meet customer demand while minimizing stockouts and overstock.

Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing sales and demand data, creating and updating demand plans, coordinating with buying, warehouse, and operations teams, and monitoring key supply chain metrics. The role also involves managing replenishment strategies for sneakers, streetwear, and accessories, identifying process improvements, and supporting system and tool enhancements for planning.



The analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate inventory visibility and timely product availability.

Working Days : Monday - Saturday

Working Hours : 11am-8pm

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Demand Planning skills, including forecasting, replenishment planning, and scenario analysis.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for data modeling, trend analysis, and performance reporting.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with merchandising, operations, and leadership teams.
- Candidates should possess experience in Supply Chain Operations, including order flow, logistics coordination, and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills, such as stock level optimization, safety stock setting, and SKU lifecycle tracking.
- Experience in D2C or e-commerce retail, ideally in fashion, footwear, or streetwear, is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, demand planning tools, and basic data visualization or BI platforms is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., APICS/CPIM) are a plus.
- Ability to work in office in Saket, manage multiple priorities, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
