Requirements

- 7+ years of software development experience with solid expertise in .NET Core/.NET 8+, C#, and related technologies

- Strong experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures

- Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, SQS/SNS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, RDS, IAM, and DynamoDB

- Strong SQL development and query optimisation skills with expertise in PostgreSQL database design, indexing, partitioning, and performance tuning

- Experience with data modelling and database migration strategies

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design, SOLID principles, and design patterns

- Experience with dependency injection, asynchronous programming, and multithreading

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

- Experience with Git-based source control

- Unit testing and integration testing experience

- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently and drive technical initiatives

- Design and optimise relational databases using SQL Server and PostgreSQL

- Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services

- Create scalable, highly available, and secure application architectures

- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis

- Implement best practices around coding standards, security, performance, and testing

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Architects, QA, and DevOps engineers

- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentoring junior developers
