Description The Financial Crime and Risk Management (FCRM) team within Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) at American Express is building the next generation of AI-enabled, world-class capabilities to support second-line risk and compliance functions and financial crime investigation teams.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Actimize Engineer to help design, develop, enhance, and scale our NICE Actimize Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM) platform supporting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) transaction monitoring and regulatory compliance initiatives across the company.

The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise in Actimize SAM, robust software and data engineering skills, and experience delivering scalable, reliable, and high-performance AML transaction monitoring solutions. This role will play a critical part in modernizing our AML technology ecosystem, enhancing transaction monitoring capabilities, and supporting enterprise-wide platform reliability and AI readiness initiatives.
