Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Campaign qualified to develop, configure, and optimize cross-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic or Adobe Campaign Standard, audience segmentation, workflow automation, campaign personalization, and campaign performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic or Adobe Campaign Standard.

- Build customer segments using customer data and implement personalized and dynamic campaign content.

- Design and optimize automated workflows, triggered messages, customer journeys, and campaign lifecycles.

- Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve engagement and ROI.

- Conduct testing and quality assurance for campaigns, templates, and workflows.

- Collaborate with creative, data, marketing, and technical teams to align campaign execution with business objectives.

- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and applicable data privacy regulations.

- Manage client interactions and coordinate data requirements with internal teams.

- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, including campaign performance reports.

- Handle ad hoc client requirements, ensure timely and accurate delivery,



and proactively address client feedback.

- Manage assigned tasks independently while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.

Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic or Adobe Campaign Standard.

- Strong knowledge of campaign setup, audience segmentation, workflow management, and campaign execution.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.

- Experience with email marketing, personalization, and customer data management.

- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar campaign analytics tools.

- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and client-management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Adobe Campaign certification.

- Knowledge of SMS and push notification campaigns.

- Understanding of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy regulations.

- Exposure to other digital marketing, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
