Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Site Engineer to supervise construction activities, manage site teams, ensure quality workmanship, and complete projects within the planned timeline and budget. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in handling residential and commercial construction projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, foremen, contractors, and labour teams.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, vendors, contractors, and the operations team.
- Check measurements, material requirements, and consumption at the site.
- Ensure timely material requisition, delivery, storage, and proper utilization.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and resolve technical issues at the site.
- Implement safety procedures and ensure workers use appropriate PPE.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site photographs, measurement records, and material updates.
- Identify site-level challenges and report delays, cost variations,



and technical concerns to management.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved construction plans.
- Support estimation, billing, quantity verification, and project handover activities.
- Guide junior engineers and ensure discipline and productivity among site teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in construction site execution.
- Experience in residential and/or commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, measurements, and quality control.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and coordinate with different teams.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction reporting tools.
- Ability to manage deadlines, labour productivity, and material planning.
- Willingness to travel between project sites as required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
