We are seeking a Senior Siebel Order Management Developer with 10+ years of hands-on Siebel CRM experience. The role will lead the design, development, and support of Lead-quote-to-order and asset-based ordering journeys, including product selection, order changes, and integration with fulfillment and billing systems. The developer will translate business requirements into reliable Siebel solutions and guide delivery through production.

Key responsibilities

- Design and develop Siebel Order Management processes covering leads, quotes, orders, order line items, assets, and the full order lifecycle.
- Configure asset-based ordering journeys for recent service, modify, disconnect, suspend, resume, revise and follow-on orders.
- Develop and maintain Siebel business components, applets, views, user properties, workflows, business services, and eScript.
- Work with product configurations, Constraint rules, product scripting, pricing, promotions, eligibility, and compatibility rules to support accurate order capture.
- Build and troubleshoot integrations between Siebel and fulfillment, inventory, billing, and other external systems using EAI and web services.
- Analyze order failures, asset mismatches, workflow errors, and integration exceptions; identify root causes and implement durable fixes.
- Prepare technical designs and estimates, review code, mentor developers, and support deployments, SIT, UAT, and production incidents.

Required experience and skills
- 10+ years of Siebel CRM development experience, including substantial hands-on work in Siebel Order Management.
- Strong understanding of quote-to-order, asset-based ordering,



order validation, order submission, and order-status handling.

Hanson experience with Revise, follow-on order creation, and MACD Quote/Order journeys Handon experience how to use OOTB process with PMT Engine, Dynamic pricing procedures, PSP procedures, Signal, Variable maps, RSTT & RCOIS business service and ABO workflows.

Hands-on experience on the Siebel product offering configurations, Constraint product rules, Product scripts, pricelist configurations and attribute-based pricing.

Strong Siebel CSW skills: configuration, scripting, workflows, and business services using Siebel Tools or Web Tools.

- Experience with Siebel EAI, integration objects, data maps, SOAP/REST services, XML/JSON, and integration troubleshooting.
- Strong Oracle SQL/PLSQL skills and the ability to investigate Siebel data and performance issues.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and communicate clearly with business, QA, and cross-system teams.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on Siebel CRM development experience. Development experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Siebel IP16 or above; experience with the latest available release is preferred.
- Hands-on development experience across CSW (Configuration, Scripting, Workflows), EAI/EIM, Product Catalog, and Open UI is required.

Preferred experience Hands-on experience with Siebel IP16 or above; latest available release preferred. Experience with Siebel IP20.x or later, Open UI experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹9,100.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
