We are seeking a Senior Siebel Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience to design, build, and support Siebel CRM solutions. The role covers configuration, scripting and workflows (CSW), Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM). The successful candidate will own technical delivery, resolve complex issues, and work closely with business, QA, and integration teams.

Key responsibilities

- Configure Siebel business components, business objects, applets, views, screens, user properties, and other repository objects.
- Develop and maintain Siebel workflows, business services, eScript, and validation logic.
- Design and troubleshoot inbound and outbound integrations using EAI, integration objects, data maps, SOAP/REST services, XML, and JSON.
- Plan and execute EIM data loads, run IFB, updates, exports, and migration activities; investigate failed batches and reconcile results.
- Prepare technical designs and effort estimates, perform code reviews, and support deployments across SDLC lifecycle.
- Diagnose application, integration, and performance issues using Siebel logs, Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
- Mentor developers and coordinate with QA, business analysts, and external-system teams to resolve defects and deliver changes.

Required experience and skills
- 10+ years of Siebel CRM development experience with solid hands-on CSW, EAI, EIM skills.




- Deep knowledge of Siebel Tools or Web Tools, Workspaces, the Siebel data model, workflows, business services, and eScript.
- Experience designing reliable integrations, including service configuration, data transformation, error handling, and troubleshooting.
- Practical EIM experience with mapping, IFB configuration, batch execution, performance tuning, and error resolution.
- Strong Oracle SQL/PLSQL skills and experience supporting release and production processes.
- Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly and independently lead complex development work.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on Siebel CRM development experience. Development experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Siebel IP16 or above; experience with the latest available release is preferred.
- Hands-on development experience across CSW (Configuration, Scripting, Workflows), EAI/EIM, Product Catalog, and Open UI is required.

Preferred experience Hands-on experience with Siebel IP16 or above; latest available release preferred. Experience with Siebel IP20.x or later, telecom CRM, order management, product configuration, and Open UI skill have the advantage.

Pay: ₹532,000.00 - ₹1,880,000.00 per year
