Job Summary

Webandcrafts is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior SEO Analyst to lead SEO strategies, improve organic search performance, and drive sustainable website growth. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and SEO analytics, with hands-on experience in e-commerce and SaaS industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and search trend analysis.
- Perform technical SEO audits and identify opportunities to improve website crawlability, indexability, site structure, and performance.
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and landing pages in line with SEO best practices.
- Manage backlink analysis and develop effective link-building strategies.
- Collaborate with content, development, marketing, and design teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other relevant tools.
- Analyze SEO metrics and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm updates, search engine trends, and emerging developments in AI-driven search.
- Guide team members, share SEO best practices, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates through SEO and user experience optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications




- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO strategy and execution.
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content optimization.
- Proven experience improving organic traffic, keyword rankings, and website conversions.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Strong understanding of website architecture, crawling, indexing, schema markup, canonicalization, redirects, and Core Web Vitals.
- Experience in competitor analysis, backlink audits, and keyword mapping.
- Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce and SaaS websites is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to independently manage SEO projects and mentor junior team members.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing SEO campaigns in competitive industries.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and user experience principles.
- Understanding of international SEO, structured data, and AI search optimization.
- Relevant certifications in SEO, analytics, or digital marketing are an advantage.
