Location: NX One, Gaur City 1, Opposite Gaur City Mall, Greater Noida (On-site)

Experience: 3+ Years | Employment: Full-time

Working Days & Timings: Monday – Saturday (Alternate Saturday Off) | 10am – 7pm

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

About the Role

Employer is looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior SEO Executive to independently manage organic SEO for client websites. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical execution skills and an understanding of the latest Google algorithm updates and AI-powered search developments.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute end-to-end On-page, Off-page and Technical SEO strategies.

· Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits and content gap analysis.

· Optimize website structure, content, metadata, internal linking, indexing and page performance.

· Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawling, canonicalization, redirects and Core Web Vitals.

· Execute quality link-building strategies and improve organic search visibility.

· Monitor rankings, organic traffic, CTR and conversions using Google Search Console, GA4 and Ahrefs/Semrush.

· Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, AI Overviews,



AI-powered search and evolving SEO best practices.

· Track performance, prepare reports and implement data-driven improvements independently.

Required Skills & Experience

· Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.

· Strong expertise in On-page, Off-page and Technical SEO.

· Practical experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush and WordPress or another CMS.

· Understanding of search intent, content optimization, indexing, structured data and website architecture.

· Ability to analyze SEO performance, troubleshoot issues and recommend actionable solutions.

· Robust ownership, analytical skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred: Experience managing multiple client websites, local SEO and lead-generation campaigns.
