About the Role

G&A; is seeking an experienced and creative Scriptwriter with a strong background in storytelling, scriptwriting, and creative narrative development. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to develop compelling, engaging, and impactful scripts for promotional videos, brand films, and marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's messaging and connect with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative, engaging, and persuasive scripts for promotional videos, brand films, advertisements, and digital campaigns.
- Transform brand objectives, marketing briefs, and key messages into compelling narratives.
- Create strong storylines, concepts, dialogues, and scripts that resonate with the intended audience.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to develop and execute video concepts.
- Conduct research to understand the brand, target audience, industry, and campaign objectives.
- Adapt writing styles and storytelling approaches to suit different brands, platforms, and formats.
- Review and refine scripts based on feedback from internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure scripts are aligned with brand guidelines, communication objectives, and project timelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in scriptwriting, storytelling,



creative writing, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in promotional videos, brand films, advertisements, or other video content.
- Excellent storytelling, conceptualization, narrative development, and writing skills.
- Ability to develop creative ideas and translate them into clear, compelling scripts.
- Solid understanding of audience engagement, brand communication, and video content formats.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality scripts within deadlines.
- Must be based in Mumbai and available to work as required.
