Role1:

Senior ServiceNow Developer

Remote

Fulltime Contract / Permanent

Timing: 2 to 11 PM IST

Perform ServiceNow Configurations to build the ServiceNow scoped custom application for Purchase Request Management Workflows.

The activities would include:

- Provide technical advisory for building a scalable and sustainable solution for Client.
- Configure Application Data Model - Tables, forms, fields
- Configure Application layout - Form and List layouts
- Configure Users Data, create groups, assign roles
- Setup Access Controls and Security Controls for the Application Scope
- Portal/Workspace layout and foundational Setup
- Create sub flows for all processes required for PRM flow
- Configure end to end approval/review processes, business logics
- Integrate Workorder creation sub flow with the main flow
- Workflow Design- Publish for all processes
- Build Redline Review Data model with ServiceNow Assessments & Surveys
- Reports and Dashboards
- Configure Integrations to ServiceNow platform

Role2: Senior Technical Consultant ServiceNow AI-Enabled Data Management

Full-Time Contract / Permanent

Work Mode: Remote; candidates open to a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the Hyderabad office are preferred

EligibleCriteria

- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) & Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are mandatory.
- Robust experience in data integration, data transformation, and data management.
- Experience with ITAM, HAM, CMDB, or Product Model is preferred.
- Availability for full-time project allocation must be confirmed.
- Willingness to undergo mandatory third-party background verification (BGV), including UAN employment history verification.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field




- Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web development technologies
- Hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs
- Experience configuring and developing solutions using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
- Experience designing and implementing REST and SOAP integrations with external systems
- Experience with ServiceNow data models, Import Sets, Transform Maps, data integrations, and large enterprise datasets
- Experience with IT Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, CMDB, Product Model, or enterprise data-quality initiatives
- Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions involving IT Asset, Hardware Asset, CMDB, Product Model, or enterprise data management
- Strong understanding of data mapping, validation, transformation, normalization, and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL for data analysis, queries, and reporting
- Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, such as Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Now Assist
- Familiarity with generative AI, large language models, and prompt engineering
- Understanding of responsible AI principles, including data governance, bias awareness, transparency, security, and human oversight
- Familiarity with Git, version control practices, and structured software development standards
- Ability to independently troubleshoot complex ServiceNow, integration, and data-related issues
- Experience supporting system integration testing, product testing, UAT defect resolution, regression testing, and release-readiness activities
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery environments
- Prior experience working in a consulting or client-facing delivery environment

Required ServiceNow Certifications

- CSA Certified System Administrator
- CAD Certified Application Developer
- CIS Certified Implementation Specialist Plus, at least one additional certification
