Role: Senior SAP FICO Consultant

Location: Bangalore

Notice period: immediate joiner's

Role & responsibilities

- 8-12+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on SAP FICO functional expertise
- Proven delivery across SAP Finance projects/enhancements and production support
- Deep knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders)
- Experience in requirements analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment support
- Ability to prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams
- Solid troubleshooting for financial close, reporting, reconciliation, and accounting processes
- Direct stakeholder engagement with Finance; coordination with project teams, AMS partners, and application teams
- Working experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for finance reporting, analytics, and planning
- Working experience with SAP BPC for budgeting,



forecasting, planning, and consolidation
- Working knowledge of SAP Group Reporting (consolidation, intercompany eliminations, integration with Finance)
- Understanding of SAP FICO integrations and data dependencies with Ariba, Concur, SAC, and BPC
- Ability to balance project deliverables with production priorities; strong communication with global stakeholders
- Preferred: SAP S/4HANA Finance and/or SAP ECC FICO in large global environments
- Preferred: Retail/fashion/apparel/consumer products industry experience
- Preferred: Experience with large system integrators, global AMS providers, and distributed Finance teams
- Preferred: Experience in SOX-controlled environments, audits, and controlled change/release processes
