Jupiter Power Transmissions Private Limited (PUMPWALA) has been engineering flow in Mumbai since 1986 — pumps and valves for high-rise water supply, fire-fighting, HVAC and industry, manufactured and assembled at our Andheri East works. We are an Authorised Wilo Dealer for General Industry and Building Services Commercial, representing Wilo Mather and Platt Pumps Pvt. Ltd. (Wilo Group, Germany).

We are hiring two Senior Sales Managers, each to own a vertical and run it as their own business.

Mandate

- Own and grow one vertical end-to-end — building services, fire-fighting or industrial — from pipeline to purchase order to billing.
- Close large projects and tenders: work specifications with MEP consultants, negotiate with large builders, EPCs and PMCs, manage pricing, approvals and documentation through to delivery.
- Lead relationships with Wilo Mather and Platt Pumps Pvt. Ltd. and other principals; represent the company at the top of the client organisation.
- Build and coach a small team of field and inside sales executives.

Requirements

- 8–15 years in pump sales — essential — at a manufacturer such as KSB, Kirloskar, Grundfos, Wilo, CRI, Crompton, Lubi or Shakti, or at a leading dealer, with a record of closing project orders of ₹50 lakh and above.




- BE / Diploma Mechanical; MBA an advantage. A live network of MEP consultants, builders and contractors in Mumbai / Maharashtra.
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi and Marathi; able to run a vertical with minimal supervision.

- ₹12–18 lakh per annum fixed, depending on experience, plus uncapped incentives on every rupee billed by your vertical, paid monthly. Realistic on-target earnings ₹20–30 lakh in year one.
