Role Description

Key Responsibilities

- P lace IT consultants with Tier1 vendors, implementation partners and other potential clients.
- Identify suitable contract requirements and submit qualified consultant resumes.




- Negotiate bill rates and pay rates to maximize placement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and implementation partners.
- Achieve individual placements and other assigned performance targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 6–10 years of experience in US IT staffing, with a strong focus on contract placements.
- Proven experience in Placing IT consultants to Tier 1 vendors and implementation partners.
- Solid understanding of the US IT staffing market, vendor networks, and contract hiring processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
- Proactively reach out to vendor contacts to generate placement opportunities.
- Experience in Developing Prime Vendor & Direct Client relationships
- Willingness to work in the US shift.
