Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Direct Sales Leader (DSL) to drive Life Insurance sales, develop distribution networks, and achieve business targets in Cuttack.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Life Insurance sales and achieve assigned business targets.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with agency partners and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the distribution network.
- Monitor sales performance and support business development activities.
- Maintain strong partner relationships and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 5+ years of life insurance industry experience.
- Mandatory experience in the Agency Channel, Partner Channel, or Distributor Channel.
- Robust sales, business development, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Channel Eligibility: Agency, Partner, and Distributor Channel experience is accepted. Banca Channel experience alone will not be considered.
