About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive with 2-5 years of experience in the media industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of media sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating revenue and driving growth by selling our media products and services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and target new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking within the media industry.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored media solutions.

● Present and pitch our media products, including digital advertising, print, sponsorships, and other offerings.

● Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the end-to-end sales process to achieve and exceed sales targets.

● Collaborate with internal teams,



including marketing and content, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

● Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

● Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and current opportunities to proactively adapt sales strategies.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the media industry.

● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.

● Strong understanding of media sales, including digital and print advertising.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

● High level of self-motivation and a proactive approach to achieving results.
