Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our agile team, focusing specifically on the Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients within the hospitality industry. This role requires a proven track record in achieving sales targets, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the Horeca market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the Horeca segment.

- Identify, prospect, and acquire new Horeca accounts, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, catering companies, and other relevant establishments.

- Manage and nurture existing key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, understand competitive landscapes, and stay abreast of industry trends.





- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of Horeca clients.

- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless client experience and aligned strategies.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market feedback to senior management.

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

- Train and mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and contributing to team development.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
