Role Summary The Senior Sales Engineer will drive revenue growth for Sangama Engineering by owning a defined set of key accounts and territories across India. This role combines hands-on technical selling with account management: understanding customer requirements (URS), positioning the right hygienic process equipment, piping services and engineering solutions, and converting opportunities into orders with Pharma, Biopharma, and F&B; manufacturers, EPC contractors and OEMs. The role requires solid process-industry knowledge, commercial negotiation skills and the ability to work closely with the engineering team and international principals.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales targets, revenue growth and pipeline development across Pharma, Biopharma and F&B; sectors.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong customer, EPC and OEM relationships.

- Prepare technical-commercial proposals, quotations and tenders based on customer requirements.

- Manage key accounts,



negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.

- Coordinate with engineering, projects and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation or related Engineering discipline; MBA is an added advantage.

- 5–10 years of technical sales experience in process equipment, valves, pumps or piping for Pharma, Biopharma or F&B; industries.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing key accounts and closing technical sales.

- Strong industry network and knowledge of ASME BPE, GMP/cGMP, P&IDs; and aseptic process equipment.

- Ability to read P&IDs;, GA drawings, and prepare BOQs and technical-commercial offers

- Willingness to travel extensively across India

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
