Role Description The Senior Resident Obs & Gynae will provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care to patients, including outpatient consultations, inpatient management, and participation in emergency services such as labor ward coverage and obstetric emergencies. Daily responsibilities include conducting clinical examinations, managing antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care, assisting and performing gynecological procedures and surgeries under supervision as appropriate, and ensuring accurate documentation of patient records. The role involves collaborating with consultants and multidisciplinary teams, participating in ward rounds, case discussions, and clinical meetings,



and contributing to departmental teaching and training activities.

The Senior

Resident will follow hospital protocols, maintain high standards of patient safety and infection control, and support quality improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Kailash Healthcare Ltd in Noida.

Qualifications

- Postgraduate medical qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (e.g., MD/MS/DNB or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical registration with the appropriate medical council and eligibility to practice in India.
- Clinical competence in antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care, including management of high-risk pregnancies.
- Experience in common gynecological procedures, operative assistance in obstetric and gynecological surgeries, and emergency case management.
- Solid skills in patient examination, clinical decision-making, and evidence-based treatment planning.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a high-volume hospital environment, manage time efficiently, and handle emergency situations calmly.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient confidentiality, and adherence to hospital policies and clinical protocols.
- Willingness to participate in academic activities, continuous medical education, and departmental research or quality initiatives.
