About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Research Associate for a high-performing private equity-focused team that works closely with industry executives to identify, evaluate, and grow businesses. This role combines market intelligence, secondary research, and qualitative analysis, with a strong focus on AI-enabled research and productive workflows.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, sound research judgment, and the ability to independently manage projects, deliver actionable insights, and maintain high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 1.5–3 years of experience in secondary research, market intelligence, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance research, streamline workflows, and support data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Strong understanding of business models across industries and market dynamics.
- Excellent analytical and creative thinking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.




- Experience with CRM platforms or data analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage research projects end-to-end, ensuring accurate, high-quality delivery within tight timelines.
- Develop efficient research strategies by analyzing investment materials, identifying key themes, and translating them into focused research questions.
- Leverage AI systems, databases, and secondary research methods to identify relevant industry advisors, competitors, and market insights.
- Optimize research workflows through automation, improved processes, and AI-enabled tools to enhance speed and quality.
- Synthesize information from multiple sources into structured deliverables, including competitive landscapes and industry primers.
- Collaborate with global teams to align on project requirements, priorities, and expected outcomes.
- Use CRM dashboards and performance metrics to monitor research quality, track progress, and guide delivery decisions.
- Contribute to initiatives focused on research excellence, innovation, AI-enabled delivery, and process improvement.
