Role & responsibilities

- Would be responsible for managing 1-2 people such as interns, apprentice or trainee
- Candidate would be responsible for ensuring required training for intern and trainees and daily supervision of work of trainees and interns and apprentice
- Expected to work on the bench and should have hands on experience for instruments such as HPLC, CE, SoloVPE related techniques.
- Knowledge on empower software and autointegration would be an advantage
- Would be involved in document preparation and review of MQP, MOA, MQR, Specification, analytical similarity studies

Qualification: MSc/ MTech

Experience Range:

- 5-8 years experience in analytical for biopharmaceuticals
- Should know method qualification for HPLC, CE, SoloVPE related techniques





Technical Skill Requirement:

- Hands on experience for HPLC based methods such as SE HPLC, CEX HPLC, Poly 20 measurement, RP HPLC, SoloVPE analysis, Capillary Electrophoresis related based techniques such as CE SDS R & NR, cIEF.
- CE analysis on Maurice system would be an added advantage

Soft Skill Requirement:

- Fluent in English
- Able to present technical data in internal meeting
- Able to facilitate required work by coordinating with cross functional team
- Able to provide required mentoring and guidance to juniors in the lab
