- Hands-on recruitment experience in Teamcenter, RuleStream, and AutoCAD Development roles.
- Robust understanding of technical screening and sourcing for niche engineering software skillsets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Exposure to PLM, CAD/CAM, and engineering software domains .
- Experience hiring for OEM, automotive, manufacturing, or industrial engineering clients.
- Familiarity with Siemens PLM technologies and related engineering tools.
- Experience managing critical and niche hiring requirements.
- Strong talent mapping, market intelligence, and candidate engagement capabilities.
