What Were Looking For

Minimum 6 years of overall recruitment experience

At least 3-4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience

Solid experience in BFSI Non-Tech hiring

Candidates from peer banks, financial services organizations, or RPOs supporting BFSI clients preferred

Expertise in sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, offer management, and closing mandates

Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment Please
