Key Responsibilities

- Identify, attract, and engage top talent in the industry who are actively looking for current opportunities

- Support clients with their hiring needs in an individual contributor capacity with limited supervision

- Source candidates from various job boards such as CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline

- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings

- Set up interviews and facilitate the offer process by extending the offer

- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it from start to finish

- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done according to employment laws and regulations

- Update daily activities in the internal ATS

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience

- Bachelors Degree
