About the Role

Kveto Business Private Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Python Engineer with strong expertise in Python development, backend engineering, database management, API integration, and web scraping. The ideal candidate should be capable of building scalable applications, extracting and processing data from websites, optimizing system performance, and delivering reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Python.
- Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Develop applications using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Fast API.
- Perform web scraping and automated data extraction from websites using Python.
- Use tools and libraries such as Beautiful Soup, Scrapy, and Selenium for data extraction and browser automation.
- Extract, clean, validate, transform, and store structured and unstructured data.
- Handle dynamic websites, pagination, HTML parsing, and JavaScript-rendered content.
- Develop automated scraping scripts and scheduled data collection processes.
- Manage and optimize databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external data sources.
- Write clean, reusable, productive, and maintainable code.
- Debug complex issues and improve application performance.




- Conduct code reviews and follow software development best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure code quality and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or Fast API.
- Practical experience in web scraping, data extraction, and data processing.
- Knowledge of Beautiful Soup, Scrapy, Selenium, or similar scraping tools.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS selectors, XPath, DOM structure, and HTTP requests.
- Experience working with REST APIs and JSON.
- Good knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Git, debugging, unit testing, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Pandas for data cleaning and manipulation.
- Knowledge of JavaScript-rendered websites and browser automation.
- Experience building automated data pipelines and scheduled scraping jobs.
- Understanding of data validation, duplicate removal, and error handling.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of responsible data collection, website terms of service, and rate limiting.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
