Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities from order confirmation to final dispatch and installation.

- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Production, Quality Control, and Assembly departments.

- Review customer requirements, technical specifications, and project drawings.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per the delivery schedule.

- Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.

- Follow up on material procurement, manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, and testing activities.

- Coordinate with design engineers for drawings, technical clarifications, and engineering changes.

- Identify project delays, technical issues, and resource requirements, and take corrective action.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications.

- Coordinate machine trials, FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), installation, and commissioning activities where required.

- Communicate with customers regarding project status, technical requirements, and delivery timelines.

- Maintain project records, meeting minutes, and technical documentation.





- Support management in project reviews, cost monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- Strong project planning and coordination skills.

- Good knowledge of mechanical engineering and machinery manufacturing.

- Understanding of engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.

- Knowledge of fabrication, machining, assembly, and quality inspection processes.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project scheduling tools.

- Good communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and handle project deadlines.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

- Experience in pharmaceutical machinery, packaging machinery, or industrial equipment manufacturing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
