Job Purpose

We are seeking a versatile, energetic, and highly skilled Senior Photographer & Content Creator with 3 to 10 years of professional experience across diverse photography disciplines.

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end visual content creation—from high-conversion E-commerce/Product photography and Commercial Ad shoots to Fashion/Model posing, Social Media Reels/Short-form video capture, and high-volume School Event coverage. You must be comfortable working both in a studio environment and on-location for events and outdoor campaigns.

Key Responsibilities1. Product & E-Commerce Photography

- Studio Setups: Set up, adjust, and tear down studio flash lighting, backdrops, softboxes, and reflective props tailored to diverse product types (e.g., apparel, electronics, cosmetics, FMCG).ZeniaHR
- High-Detail Capture: Capture clean, well-lit, macro, and multi-angle product shots for e-commerce catalogs, Amazon/Shopify stores, and print media.ZeniaHR
- Post-Production: Perform advanced image retouching, focus-stacking, background removal, color-correction, and shadow creation using Adobe Creative Cloud.ZeniaHR

1. Model, Fashion & Ad Shoots

- Creative Direction & Posing: Direct qualified models, talent, and non-qualified subjects to achieve natural, high-fashion, and brand-aligned poses.ZeniaHR
- Commercial Ad Campaigns: Collaborate with Art Directors and Brand Managers to execute creative concepts, campaign storyboards, and promotional ads.Recruiting Resources - Workable
- Styling Coordination: Coordinate with makeup artists (MUA), fashion stylists,



and prop managers to maintain visual consistency.

1. Social Media Reels & Video Shoots

- Short-Form Video Production: Capture high-quality vertical videos (9:16) for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok alongside still photography.
- Dynamic Shooting: Operate gimbals, handheld rigs, dynamic lighting, and audio equipment for BTS (behind-the-scenes), product showcases, and campaign teasers.
- Editing & Transitions: Perform quick-turnaround video trimming, color grading, trend-aligned audio synchronization, and basic motion cuts.

1. School & Institutional Event Coverage

- Live Event Documentation: Capture dynamic, high-energy candid photos and key program moments (sports days, annual functions, award ceremonies, graduations).Creative Careers Online - Gladeo

- Low-Light / Mixed Lighting: Adapt quickly to indoor auditoriums, outdoor sports fields, and varying natural/artificial light conditions.

1. Media Asset Management & Equipment Care

- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain, organize,



and service all camera gear, lenses, wireless flashes, diffusers,gimbals, and studio accessories.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3 to 10 years of proven hands-on experience in commercial photography, event photography, or creative studio environments.
- Portfolio Requirement: An extensive and active portfolio/demo reel showcasing work across product photography, model shoots, short-form video/Reels, and live event coverage.Indeed

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹56,000.00 per month
