Position: Senior OPT Recruiter

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Champapet, Hyderabad

Shift: US Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST)

Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit OPT, H1, H4, GC, USC candidates for the US market.
- Identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, job portals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, project background, and client requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified OPT candidates for current and future requirements.
- Develop a clear understanding of OPT, CPT, H-1B, STEM OPT, and other US work authorization categories.
- Coordinate with candidates to understand their availability, visa status, location preferences, and job requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to improve engagement and minimize dropouts.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing, submission, interview,



and placement targets.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Stay updated on US IT staffing trends, candidate availability, and recruitment market conditions.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment, preferably with a solid focus on OPT hiring.
- Good understanding of OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, and US work authorization processes.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- A self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach to work
