I. General Roles & Responsibilities

- Taking care of end to end operation of SSOS at sites.
- Will be responsible for the completeness the site deployment by operation team as per agreement.
- Handling all processes executions at site and discipline at sites.
- Responsible for the complete readiness in terms of uniform, checklists, attending the local requirements of site resources.
- Managing all processes underwent in the recent site transitions.
- Responsible for availability of joining docs to HR team for all the resources at sites by operation team.
- Organizing and delivering necessary training at site as per requirements by operation team.
- Whole sole responsible for the facility score card of the sites.
- Records the replacement details and work closely for closure of these.

II. Client Connect





- Ready for the frequent meeting with client and understand their concerns. Advice the team for the required execution and update the status to management for needful action.
- Should take care of welfare of resources at site, all resources should get their monthly salary slips; address the query of ESI/PF/OT through the respective SPOCs.
- Responsible for maintaining the trust of SSOS at sites.

III. Compliances

- Advice the HR team for the required monthly compliances.
- Ensure the replacement details are given to HR by operation team.

IV. Monthly Attendance

- Revalidate the attendance given by operation team before generating the invoices by finance team.
- Ensure for the mechanism where the attendance query become NIL post generation of invoicesRole & responsibilities
