Job Title: Senior Operation Executive – Supply Chain (Vending Machines Business)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Operations professional to manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain for our vending machine business. This role is critical in ensuring seamless stock flow, efficient inventory management, and maximizing product profitability across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain & Inventory Management

- Manage complete stock lifecycle: procurement, inward, storage, dispatch, and replenishment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure zero stock discrepancies
- Implement and strictly follow FIFO (First In First Out) for all products
- Track and control expiry-sensitive inventory to minimize wastage and losses
- Plan stock distribution across vending locations based on consumption patterns and demand trends

2. Procurement & Vendor Coordination

- Raise purchase orders based on stock requirements and forecast
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for timely delivery and cost-effective sourcing
- Negotiate pricing and identify high-margin product opportunities

3. Profitability & Product Strategy

- Analyze product performance and push high-margin, rapid-moving SKUs
- Suggest product mix improvements to increase overall profitability




- Monitor slow-moving/low-margin items and take corrective action

4. Team Coordination

- Supervise and coordinate with operations/refilling teams
- Ensure timely dispatch and proper stock handling practices
- Drive accountability and efficiency within the team

5. Reporting & Compliance

- Maintain daily/weekly reports on stock movement, wastage, and sales trends
- Ensure process discipline in stock handling and documentation
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements

Key Skills & Requirements

- Experience in FMCG / Retail / Distribution / Vending operations
- Strong understanding of inventory management & supply chain processes
- Good knowledge of FIFO, stock planning, and demand forecasting
- Analytical mindset with focus on cost control and profitability
- Ability to manage ground operations and coordinate with teams
- Proficiency in Excel / inventory management systems

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–5+ years experience in operations/supply chain (FMCG preferred)
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
