Senior Marketing Specialist: Own the Brand. Build the Pipeline.

Most marketing roles hand you one channel and a content calendar. This one gives you three brands, a founder who wants to move rapid, and a clear scoreboard: warm leads that turn into revenue.

Who we are

Utkarsh Placement Pvt. Ltd. (UPPL) has been placing mid-to-senior talent across specialty chemicals, pharma, agrochemicals, EPC and manufacturing since 1994, across India, the Gulf, Africa and Europe. We're also building Scoutyard, our own recruitment software product, used internally and taken to market as SaaS.

So you'd be marketing a 30-year-old trusted services brand and a young tech product, at the same time, from the same desk. Few roles offer that range this early.

What you'll own

- Run 3 LinkedIn presences end to end: UPPL's company page, Scoutyard's company page, and the founder's personal profile
- Plan and write content that builds authority: industry insights, hiring trends, product stories, behind-the-scenes, founder POV
- Write and post job openings so they actually attract the right candidates
- Turn attention into conversations: track who's engaging, flag warm prospects, and hand them to the sales side
- Build simple systems: content calendar, post templates, a monthly dashboard of reach, engagement and leads generated
- Test what works (formats, hooks, timing, carousels, video)



and double down on it
- Support campaigns beyond LinkedIn as we grow: email, website, landing pages

What success looks like

- 3 consistent, recognisable brand voices
- Growing follower base made of the right people: HR heads, CXOs and plant leaders in our sectors
- A measurable flow of inbound inquiries and warm leads every month

You'll fit well if you

- Have 3+ years in digital/content marketing, ideally B2B
- Write sharp, human copy, not corporate filler
- Understand LinkedIn deeply: algorithm, formats, what makes people stop scrolling
- Think in outcomes (leads, meetings) and not just likes
- Are comfortable with Canva or similar, and with AI tools for content
- Bonus: experience in recruitment, SaaS, or industrial B2B marketing
