Role Description My team is growing, and we are officially looking for a Lead - Treasury Operations to join us!

This is a critical role where you will directly support me (Head of Treasury Operations) in driving major strategic initiatives. Specifically, you will be handling FX and derivative operations, ensuring seamless execution and risk management. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in assisting me with the implementation of our new Treasury Management System (TMS) and SWIFT integration.

? Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Core Operations: Hands-on processing of FX and derivative transactions (including futures, options, swaps, and forwards) while ensuring all processes strictly follow prevalent RBI guidelines.
- Risk & Controls: Mitigation of operational losses/revenue leakages and ensuring robust audit ratings (both internal and regulatory).
- Stakeholder Management:



Engaging with internal units (Front Office, Mid Office, Finance, Tax, Audit, Compliance) and external entities (Treasury Vendors, Statutory Auditors, RBI Auditors, CCIL, FEDAI).
- System & Process Improvement: Driving process improvement ideas, conducting detailed UAT of new products, and identifying automation projects.

? Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in treasury operations (Forex & Derivatives), with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of foreign exchange markets (Inter-bank / Merchant), currency trading, derivative instruments, and relevant accounting schemes/financial reporting standards.
- Education: Graduate or Post Graduate degree in an equivalent field.
- Certifications (Preferred): Certified Treasury Professional / Certificate Course in Foreign Exchange.
